Alcalá de Henares receives the Ciudadanos 2023 award for its commitment to tourism by supporting digital transformation. One of its main axes: CTI and CINNIA’s intelligent signaling.
The municipality of Alcalá de Henares has received this November 23 the citizens 2023 award thanks to its involvement and commitment to the tourism sector through the promotion and use of the most advanced technologies. The jurors have positively valued the combination of technology with the most emblematic tourist elements of the area as an attraction for citizens and visitors. Within this project, and as one of its main axes, our Center for Intelligent Tourism (CTI) stands out. In addition to CINNIA’s intelligent signage throughout the area, it provides a unique experience for visitors while extracting real and objective information from the desired points. In this way, not only the tourist benefits from these tools, but also the municipality itself can use the information gathered to make conscious and targeted decisions.
