Areas with poor visibility and high traffic flow, both for pedestrians and vehicles, tend to be a hot spot in all municipalities. In Nuevo Baztan, aware of this problem in one of its main commercial areas, they decided to reinforce road safety with our Control Cross, an illuminated crosswalk that lights up when it detects that a pedestrian intends to cross the road. This provides drivers with a visual warning to slow down or stop while pedestrians are crossing.
